BEWOTEC at ITB Berlin 2026 – New Features on Board

In the new myJACK ContactCenter, travel agencies manage their customer emails automatically and in a highly targeted way across a wide range of use cases. It can be easily configured in the agency’s individual design and is fully integrated into myJACK.

We are rolling out flight management in DaVinci NT to our tour operator customers. At ITB, we showcase enhanced capabilities for creating and managing flight allotments and dynamic flights, as well as building graphical seat maps and pricing. Seat reservations are available across all booking systems.

We present the smart offer search in the BEWOTEC Player, powered by a KI-based large language model, in a dedicated showcase for tour operators. Integrating KI into search requests makes results significantly more personalized, relevant and insightful.

Also of interest for tour operators: high-conversion web frontends based on DaVinci technology – the result of intensive joint development between BEWOTEC and Netmatch.
